Flat Sheet
Flat Sheets are an economical, multi-purpose building board that can be used in diverse exterior and interior applications, ranging from cladding, eaves linings and fascias to ceilings, partitioning, paneling and suspended flooring.

Panel
A panel facade that completes your vision, has a character of its own and generates energy. Energy - Solar panels for building integrated photovoltaic facades which are architecturally impressive, cost-efficient and ecologically sustainable. Shapes - Rain-screen panels, cladding lamellas or design profiles to express rhythm and flow. Materials - Stainless steel, aluminum that last for decades. Colors - high quality and extensive variety with the power of expression

Cassette with hook-in-system
Cassette façade systems usually comprise 5 main components: main support structure, carrier rails, insulation (one-piece, or multi-layer), ventilation zone and the cassette. Structural movement or expansion due to thermal expansion or contraction is accommodated by breaking the façade into cladding zones and incorporation of expansion joints in the support rails.

Cassettes can be secured in place with rivets, screws, profiled cassette brackets, or using a bolt-hook system directly to the support rails.
Cassette with non-visible fixing
Use of cassettes in curtain-wall facades originated from the development of large-format components for especially fast, cost-efficient installation. This cladding is characterized by its size and projecting surfaces. The four lateral edges of the profile are folded. We offers customers the option of having cassettes custom-made for specific projects. Once installed on suitable substructures, cassettes lend buildings a functional futuristic look that is popular for use with administrative and commercial buildings.

Flat Sheet stud welded
Stud welding is a fast, reliable and accurate method of welding a metal fastener to another metal object. The resultant weld joint is stronger than the stud or parent material.

In order to weld the stud, access is only required from one side which means that component handling is reduced. Welds are also leak proof and tamper proof, and since no holes are punched in the sheet, corrosion problems are reduced and the work piece is not weakened. Stud welding can also be used on single sided pre-coated polished or painted materials. The fastener can be made from many metals or alloys. Stud welding benefits: Fast attachment. No reverse marking. The welded joint is stronger than the parent material or the stud. Access is only required from one side. No holes hence no leaking or weakening of the sheet. Tamperproof. Pre-coated or painted materials can be welded. The equipment is portable and easily jigged. In fact Stud welding overcomes all of the disadvantages of the following problems.
Installation:
Use only panels from the same batch of production. Metallic color must be installed in the same coating direction. Coating direction are printed on the reverse side of the panels.
